An industry specific two-day seminar programme specifically
designed for those who are accountable for the safe, legal and
financially sound management of an AOC holder under EU-OPS 1 or JAR-OPS
3. Safety delivery in all AOC holders’ operations requires fully effective processes. The Accountable Manager is responsible for the delivery of safety, regulatory compliance and financial health. This course aims to provide case-based training in management approaches and management techniques to facilitate a fully effective accountability in relation to an AOC holder's operations and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives. This course is highly participative, and promotes practices that have become the benchmark in the industry. Furthermore, this course offers you a unique occasion to extend your network in the industry. Aviation Authorities have started interviewing Form 4 candidates. This seminar serves as preparation for the authority interview. Accountable Managers will be provided a first-hand update of regulatory and industry development. Previous experience in the function of Accountable Manager is not required, but an added value. This highly interactive course requires participants motivated to prepare for the task of Accountable Manager or to deepen one's understanding of the task.
