An industry specific two-day programme specifically designed for
nominated or designated Postholders of an Air Operator
Certificate (AOC) holder under EU-OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3. Safety and quality delivery in an AOC holder's ground operations requires fully effective processes. The Postholders are responsible for a wide range of safety critical processes. This course aims to provide case-based training in management approaches and management techniques to facilitate a fully effective ground operations and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives. The course is highly participative, and promotes practices that have become the benchmark in the industry. Aviation Authorities have started interviewing Form 4 candidates. This course serves as preparation for the authority interview. Postholders will be provided a first-hand update of regulatory and industry development. | Pre-requisites |
Previous experience in the function of Postholders is not required, but an added value. However, comprehensive knowledge
of EU-OPS and other applicable regulations is required. This highly interactive course requires participants motivated to prepare for the task of Postholder Ground Operations or to deepen one's understanding of the task. › Participants attending the postholder courses are kindly requested to bring an essential selection of relevant documents, indicated in this list. |
